Barbara Glanz, CSP, has spoken on four continents and in 46 states, and her books have been featured in such publications as Entrepreneur magazine, Human Resource Professional, Industry Week, Quality Digest, Positive Living, Ladies Home Journal, HR Magazine, Woman's World, "The Service Edge," and "Communication Briefings." For six years she was the manager of training, director of quality in training, and a senior consultant for Kaset International, a firm that has been helping organizations become more customer focused for more than 25 years.
Her undergraduate degree is in English, and she has had a Master's Degree in Adult Continuing Education. In 1998 she received her Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association. Only 298 speakers worldwide hold this prestigious designation.

Glanz was excited to have been chosen as one of 18 speakers to participate in the "Masters on Motivation" live satellite business TV series through Westcott Communications in 1995 along with some of the stars of the speaking profession - Lou Heckler, Jim Cathcart, Terry Paulson, and Patricia Fripp. Her presentation was on "Regenerating the Spirit in your Workplace" and had the largest audience Westcott has ever had! Westcott then asked her to do another live satellite business TV presentation in 1996 on "Fostering Creative Communication in the Workplace." In January 1997 she presented a live satellite TV broadcast on "Building Customer Loyalty" to over 700 sites for Waste Management, Inc.
Glanz is a member of the National Speakers Association, the Board of Directors of Professional Speakers of Illinois, the Advisory Board of the Loyola University Center for Ethics, the American Society for Training and Development, the National Association of Female Executives, the Illinois Woman's Press Association, Kappa Delta Pi, Gamma Phi Beta, and is included in Who's Who of American Women, Who's Who in the Midwest, and Who's Who in Entertainment.
