Bill Capsalis has over twenty five years of experience in marketing and management, with twelve years as vice president of marketing for the central division of Kinkos.

Bill became an expert in retail marketing strategies, promotions and strategic partnering opportunities. During his tenure at Kinko's the company evolved from a campus copy shop to a world-wide provider of business services. This required very strategic marketing initiatives including the re-positioning of the company 3 times over a period of 6 years.

In addition to the Kinko’s experience Bill has also worked as the EVP of GAIAM (nasdaq: GAIA) Inc. – a Broomfield Colorado based healthy lifestyle products company.  While at GAIAM Bill helped define the brand category for the LOHAS industry (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) and assisted the company in its IPO.  While at GAIAM Bill was also responsible for all branding initiatives and the web and catalog sales channels.

Bill brings a wealth of general management expertise having been one of the top executives at a billion dollar company and also an entrepreneur in his own right. He has consulted with over 2 dozen companies both large and small and focuses his experiences on organizational change and management. After many years of helping the companies he has worked for achieve greatness, he started his own consulting firm in August of 2001. MarkEnomics (a fusion of the two words marketing and economics) is a strategic consulting firm specializing in marketing plan strategy, tactical implementation and entrepreneurial business thinking.

Currently Bill is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of OurHouse, ( a consumer cleaning products company located in Niwot, Colorado that sells a line of environmentally preferable cleaning products for the home.  He continues to work with consulting clients and make presentations to companies, while helping to rid the planet of harmful household cleaning chemicals.
